Poppy Villa is situated in the olive groves overlooking the picturesque, unspoilt town of Kalkan with its fine harbour, marina and myriad of tiny streets, featuring traditional carpet shops, antique shops, bazaars, restaurants and roof-top bars.

The house has been lovingly furnished using local crafts and materials. It is situated in a beautifully landscaped, private garden filled with a range of tropical and indigenous plants (including olive, banana, fig and palm trees) and boasts a large 40 sq m infinity pool.

The house with its 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (beds 1, 2 and 3 ensuite) is fully air conditioned throughout, has marble flooring on the ground floor, wooden floors on the first and second floors, and features first floor balcony plus a large roof terrace.

All windows are shuttered and have mosquito screens.
